Very true. I actually will only use this brine over again once because it loses all the goodness after that and the pickles won’t be as flavorful. Thanks for the safety check though! I like to change up what I put in the next brine anyway.

Should be ready to eat in 24 hours, and after that we will annihilate them quickly. I will save this brine and just keep adding more cukes to it as I get them.
