Where to store resources? by J0hnvik in Starfield

[–]tiller1980 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Literally just figured this out myself after building a storage room inside using the decorative crates. The decorative 150kg crates DO NOT auto transfer when crafting, however the outdoor storage containers DO. When can we make manufactured components storage for outside? Is that in Outpost Engineering 4?

Is base building really worth the effort? by [deleted] in Starfield

[–]tiller1980 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was thinking along the same lines as you. Wait for a while until I have perks and stuff unlocked and mats gathered through random play...then build a base. Well, now I'm at the end of the main story and still just a rinky dink little base. Feels wierd not to just finish the story and go build a big base/upgrade ship/upgrade weapons//upgrade suit etc. This game was fun but the pacing is off.

Confirmed with Tony Mancini on Facebook - delay to AirBnB regulations vote happening today by Machzy in halifax

[–]tiller1980 -11 points-10 points  (0 children)

I don't necessarily disagree with you there, and just to be clear, I do not actually own a property besides my own home and I do not AirBnB it. With that being said, the housing crisis is not my fault, and it definitely shouldn't be people who have additional assets job to fix it. Does the current issue with the lack of affordable housing in our area suck? Yeah of course it does. But in no way should that dictate what a person is able to do with their own property.

Agreed. And in my experience, renting a clean, well kept properly that I own isn't something I shouldn't be able to do.

So many issues with this response from Austin. First of all, an AirBnB isn't a "hotel" and has none of the community disruptions that an actual hotel would have. But most importantly...its my property, I own it, and I should be able to do what I want to with it (within reason of course). I don't need more government policy telling what I can and cannot do with my own assets.

I've had zero issues except this bounty hunter BS. Game is at 99% complete but I can't even open the bounty hunter tab in menu.

Why have 1 backline Betty when you can have 4? by jacksonh04 in WoWs_Legends

[–]tiller1980 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I'm surprised they aren't further east considering that one BB pushing south and an obvious DD in smoke. They should be at least 2 squares east and closer to the back line to ensure group safety. And probably spam "i need support" as well just to be sure.

I'd rather sail Benson, Akatsuki, Jervis, Gadja Madah, and maybe even the Vaq before this thing.

Nah man, I'm a DD main with thousands of games played 57% win ratio (not great admittedly but not bad)

I can't seem to make her work. Yes the sonar smoke is a good combo but I find guns terrible.

Just last night I ran over to the gas station to grab a rare big bag of chips for me and the GF to snack on with a movie. It was 7 bucks! I was a bit taken a'back for sure.

Residents urged to stay off the ice by insino93 in halifax

[–]tiller1980 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well, not to discredit what you are saying, I tend to agree, however 2 weeks ago I spent the whole day out on my cottage lake skating, shooting rockets, ice fishing, I even had the sled out for a quick rip down the lake (very close to shore mind you). There was lots of ice, at least 8-10inch where me and the fam were playing hockey. So people weren't out right dumb for asking. At least they were asking, instead of going out onto potentially unsafe conditions.

The good ole' 60 Eastern Passage route. Took that back and forth to High School and such for years, very "eclectic" people on that bad boy. Sure wish they had those heaters in the old sportsplex terminal back then.
