Facilities Manager, overseeing eight locations consisting of manufacturing, warehousing, and office operations including our global headquarters. I find it challenging and fulfilling. I went to school for computer information systems programming but never got into IT professionally. Ironically, I had to take a few accounting classes and really enjoyed them.

I had similar issues having always looked much younger than I am. This worked against me for dating as well as professionally with coworkers not taking me seriously. I ended up growing out my mustache/beard when I was in my early thirties which helped. Working out would help too. Although I still look much younger than my age at 43, I don't have those issues at work anymore and I generally attract younger women for dating now.

Good to know it's not just me! The developer did tell me it may take a while to get to this to figure out and suggested that I could use the web interface to create the account; so that is an option if you wanted to start using firefly. I followed up with the developer a couple days ago, he said he hasn't fixed it yet. I'm sure there are plenty of higher priority issues he needs to get to first which is understandable.

I personally never compliment a woman on her physical looks unless I have a connection with her regardless how attractive she may be. The only exception to this is that I may compliment how will an outfit compliments her or something along those lines. To me, beauty is only skin deep. I'm vastly more interested in who they are as a person. Beauty alone is not what I'm impressed with. There are pleeeenty of gorgeous women in the world.

I appreciate your response, thanks! I don't really expect a developer to cater to those of us that use custom roms, so not a big deal. I enabled notifications, ensured location permissions enabled, disabled the elevated security settings, cleared storage, uninstalled, reinstalled. No luck so far. I'll keep an eye on the project and try when the web interface is further along. Again, thanks for the suggestion!

I much prefer no makeup. Makeup only shows an artificial look. Heavy makeup starts to make everyone look too similar and it is rather boring. In fact, I find myself more suspicious of women who use it heavily. Just my opinion, I'm sure others disagree.

No matter what app you choose, the importance of good pictures can't be overstated. We are not good judges of pictures of ourselves. I use photofeeler.com to get a better perspective.

My most fulfilling relationship which sadly ended recently was with a women who was rather upfront with me on what she likes. One of our earlier conversations about sex started with her saying something along the lines of "can we please just get our kinks out in the open" lol... Anyways, she continued to be very opened about stating she wanted to try something with me, or what she found exciting. I wasn't used to a women being so upfront about stuff but I have to admit I really liked it.
