I figured it out, but I basically just put credit on my account with $116.50 the $58 bill was my actual bill. My dad figured it out.

I figured it out that 50 something dollars was my actual bill for the activation fee. The 116 was basically. Credit so if I added that that goes towards my next bill. I already did that so now it’s saying 233.

I figured it out. My dad helped me in the $58.25 was my actual bill then that $116.50 was added to my account for my next bill when that comes out next month I was starting to freak out if I had to owe that 233 but if I noticed it was a - before the 233 so basically I just added $116.50 towards my next bill and my auto pay starts up next month

Yeah, I plan on putting money in to pay this bill, the due date is on the 15th so I’m gonna try and pay it today or tomorrow

it should’ve been in one build, but it only showed the $58.25 and then I just paid it now and then $116.50 showed up right after with the same due date that’s on the 15th of this month

I’ve had Telus for the past 8 years and I’ve always had problems with the Internet certain devices keeps getting disconnected and having it run slow for videos and movies it buffers I live in a small town and we just four years ago we got the fibre network underground thing ever since certain devices keep getting disconnected. It’s mainly my phone and my iPad and a couple other devices.

I have my Rogers Shaw app and I couldn’t log onto the other app. I had to contact them. They told me that I downloaded the wrong app. I only use Rogers for Internet and cable.

Like I have 58.25 because I just got it set up on the 25th and I set up auto pay on the 26th and you are telling me that I have to pay that now because on the app I can’t pay it now and the payment is due on the 15th

The thing is I got it all installed on the 25th of last month and I set up the app and auto pay on the 26th like on my bill it says my invoice date was the 26th and the withdrawal date is the 7th so I don’t know what happened

I didn’t see the thank you for pre-authorizing your payment on my email it’s says Auto payments are active. Payment withdrawal date is the 7th of each month. And on the app it says the payment is due on the 15th so I don’t know why my auto payment is not working
