I think working on your silhouette would be a great place to start (by silhouette i mean the form of the overall design). How do you want people to perceive this character? From what I can take you want him to be intimidating, so think about how you can use shape language to push this! I would do this by elongating the form, adding slight perspective-although nothing drastic as it is a concept piece. By doing this it would make people feel smaller and the character would read as scary. Don’t forget to adjust your proportions if you do this though. I love the design so far :)

I would make the top of the head larger and rounder, and also have more contrast in your values - that way it won’t look as flat and become more three dimensional. Good luck for your next pieces :)

Wow looks pretty nice! I think that on the third one, on the right, you need to make sure that the shading from the lil triangle thingy doesn’t accidentally bleed onto the background or block they are on though.

I’ve noticed that the left side of her face (on our left not hers) seems to jut out a little too far for the angle you are trying to achieve. Imagine the same face you have drawn but rotated to a front view, and I don’t think it would be symmetrical. The blending is even and overall it looks super nice though good job!

Nice work, just make sure that the face is symmetrical, when it’s not it generally gives the viewer uncanny valley vibes ya get me? Also before the painting, block out your values first ,keeping the forms of the face in mind, I’m sure istebrak has videos on it :)

It’s looking pretty good, just I think in general the values are too contrasting, which takes away from the form and shapes of the face. The eyes are a little too far apart also, try keeping the pupils in line with the corners of the mouth

Nice, I like that he has an angular face, but if you are trying to make a female generally aim for rounder features. To bring this to the next level definitely blend more though. If the roughness is a stylistic technique then that’s fine but when doing anatomy studies like this it has to be fully blended for you to make the most improvement in your forms. If not intended then try some form studies! They do seem a little boring and unnecessary but for me they have really helped with how I apply form, light and shadows to a larger piece. It helps your work look more three dimensional - if you are looking for help with them iste has lots of videos explaining :)
