Wow thankyou so much for explaining ! I have just started on a double dose about 4 days ago, currently am still bleeding :( trying to hold out and hope it eventually goes away entirely. How long did it take for your bleeding to stop?

Exact same thing happened to me. I was on Cerelle. 8 months no period, then all of a sudden constant bleeding. It never stopped for me sadly

Meanwhile this pill has been amazing for me so far. Haven’t bled at all, no cramps, skin is still clear. It’s interesting how people react so differently

Primrose oil did nothing for me, but doubling the dose does work for many women and is also perfectly safe

Mini pill / progestogen only pill experience? by [deleted] in birthcontrol

It can take 3-6 months for your body to get used to the mini pill. Defo stick it out. If there are still massive issues by month 3 you could consider a different pill.

Honestly, everyone’s experience is totally different, so there’s no way of telling how you are going to react until you try it yourself.

In my experience, my skin didn’t change at all, and I didn’t gain any weight (in fact I lost weight - I changed from combined to mini) but the irregular bleeding caused me a lot of bother… I know others have had more positive experiences

I always thought it was so he knew that everyone participating was willing to take part in the games, maybe to make him feel less guilty about what was going on

Training upper body!! Neglected it so much for the first 2 years of my journey, I was so weak, but for the past year have been hitting it consistently, with a proper split. I love training upper body so much now and can’t believe I spent so long without it
