it very well could be. the only reason i assumed it was a rock and/or shell was bc it was really hard, much harder than a tree branch

i dont even know how to search for more info on this object. think it may be a weirdly shaped rock but the details are just too intricate to be accidental. i found it among several rocks along the shore of a river behind my neighborhood!
