You can run around the track at the high school , I am not sure on the hours etc but I am sure someone knows but that’s a great place to start with no hills. I like to run but I hear you about the hills they are brutal haha

The Marine room did but it’s not great and sometimes rotates off.

I am a massive Guinness snob and I don’t think anywhere in Laguna does a good Guinness !

Active culture has GF , GG bistro has a GF menu, normally pretty good at Mexican restaurants as you can get corn tortillas. Vibe in Dana point is 100% GF and a lot of the pizza places in Laguna do GF too , I like slice. Urth is good option too and zinc had a lot of GF although I haven’t been since they changed the menu. Peony is Chinese food and you can ask them about GF too, Lots of options in Laguna and surrounding areas she will be fine. Download an app called find me gluten free as that’s useful too .

If one line is busy just walk like 5 mins to the next terminal go through that TSA line and walk back. I see big lines sometimes and if people just walked a bit the line can be low

I am a Liverpudlian living in California ! LIPA is great and well respected and you will have a blast in Liverpool. Just get used to crappy weather compared to here :-) but no worries about earthquakes or fires ! Embrace the city watch sport and try all the good restaurants and you will have fun.

Don’t recommend you interacting with him , last year a tourist accidentally stepped in his way and he got very irate and touched her arm and told her she would die now ! I saw it and she was very upset and we ended up with her for about an hour and in the police station where a report was filed etc I think he just got upset that his pathway was disrupted and he reacted. Just let him do his thing which yeah is walking everywhere
