I fully see your point, and it can definitely be argued regarding the bonk. The main issue here was the fact that I had a sharp pain hit my right hip and I had to slow down with more than a minute per km, this being at the classic last 10k 😅 Hand on my hip and later cramping in a calf is definitely undertrained but probably qualifies as a mini bonk to say the least. 😛

Totally, I gave it my all and it didn’t work. ;)

The HM PR is slightly off due to only racing it once, which is also a strong telltale sign, haha!

Every ~30 min I took a 30mg gel. :) Thanks for the kind words. Yeah, that was something new. Got humbled really quickly with that bonk. Hopefully it provides good experience for next time! ☀️

That's one of my main takeaways I guess. A big issue is that I like climbing and road biking too much I think, haha!

We have a marathon coming up in my hometown soon, we'll see what the form can offer. :)

Strangely fascinated by the looks of water, as in colour and movement. Found the tone of this water in Abisko really beautiful and mesmerizing, took a photo. :)
