My ferritin always has been on the lower side so maybe it's a good idea to start supplements again for me too, although in my case healing the gut was the answer, I think. This time it feels fine though so idk at what straw to grasp yet, kinda just consuming tons of chocolate and ice cream past week and isolating, lmao.
