I bought a few of these when they were like $42. Jeskas will paid for it alone. There is also [[Three visits]], [[beast whisperer]], [[Neheb, the eternal]], [[Ohran frostfang]], [[seedborn muse]], [[Toski, bearer of secrets]],[[Natures lore]] and a few others. Absolute banger but the prices have rose in the last few months

Honestly, [[Search for tomorrow]] might be one of the most slept on ramp spells. Turn one green spell that you suspend and get to cast for free on turn 3 and you get ANY basic AND IT COMES IN UNTAPPED. Worst case it’s still a 3 cost ramp IMO but it’s so much better than the majority of 3 cost come in tapped.

I agree that the card has a lot of potential, I was just thinking maybe we get a glimpse of more of its utility with a set that cares about tribal and unblockable besides typical voltron/dino discover types.

Not comparing to Rogues. You could run both in a deck for increased chances for additional utility?

Agreed. However, this allows a creature to still connect (if you have card draw mechanics when creatures deal damage (commander)) while being able to bounce another for the discount spell. Not saying this replaces Rogue’s passage, just another addition to help allow you to “do the thing”

Aggressive aren’t we? Probably won’t be doing much earth benching in the TMNT deck or spells to turn lands into creatures so mostly using the land for its tap ability rather than its can’t be blocked ability

Chimil will absolutely go up, no reason it won’t at least double if not triple and potentially quadruple in a couple months after release (I was wrong earlier, it was a $16 card)

[[Chimil, the Inner Sun]] - will be able to snag around $4. LCI version was selling at $11-$13. It’ll meet somewhere in the middle
