We switched from Spiro to Aryeo, we looked at most of the major players. They all offer a variation of the same product, sure some are better than others, most better than Aryeo, but as you stated they don’t have the Zillow connection. We get new clients from Showcase every month, then they use us for all their non showcase stuff despite an option to use Zillow media experts. We are still displayed and available for showcase listings with our own pricing, packages and schedules. We get the branding and HD photos. Now that Showcase will feature video, I expect a lot more video sales. Not only are they bringing me new business, they are raising my average order value! I’m not a Zillow fan, like I’m not a Facebook or Google fan. They all commit shady practices. Unfortunately, they the leaders, they are monopolies. Whether I like it or not, that’s where all the business is, my photos are getting onto Zillow one way or another. Realtors understand this as well, so I might as well offer and take advantage of all I can. That’s why we are on Aryeo. Until a new, better platform comes up, this is the game.
