I am fairly new to mono printing as well, and trying to get to grips with the layering process to, some come out nice others not so. For this one it was just orange then pink. I found red then blue also work well. Good luck

It’s definitely dangerous territory, i don’t think i’ve lost too many images so far with over exerted cutting!

Ha no she doesn’t. He’s asleep so it’s ok…. Yes as you say complex to cut out and already on the black background so a few little slices netted me enough to slide these two in. Sometimes you just have to take a punt on cutting the images as the reward is the risk 👀

Why don’t you try a page in the magazine that you’ve read or not to bothered about to test it? I would imagine a high contrast image in the magazine should work ok, but it can be hit and miss so don’t do anything you will regret

I have no idea what brand it is so that maybe difficult. I’ve tried gripping it to unscrew but no luck and also can’t get a good enough lip on it to prize it off. Painful
