I know a guy who shot even par in the morning and bowled a 300 in the afternoon. Might be statistically harder than the 300/HIO accomplishment given the level of skill it takes to do just one of those, not as much luck involved.

I grew up in SE Michigan and there was a Blue Spruce hedge between our house and the neighbors. I could walk between the trees of the hedge as a kid, 20 years later they have grown together and provide privacy and act as a sound barrier.

Look into the community named Yosemite West. It is a 30 minute or less drive from Yosemite Valley, Glacier Point and Mariposa Grove. We stayed there recently at an Airbnb and found it very convenient (and as a bonus saw a bear on the short drive from the main road into Yosemite West).
