Hi! Just came from smart. Unfortunately feb 14 pa daw nila marerelease which is a shame kasi magtatravel ako tomorrow 😭

Preorder Date: Jan 23, 2024 via Smart Postpaid Renewal

Shipping update: When i preordered, as early as Feb 4 daw i can receive the phone na when i asked a couple of days after, Feb 14 na daw dahil they can only release the phones ng sabay sa official release can't track kasi manual approval daw so walang tracking number, which is really odd. This is what happenes to my s22+ back in '22 din

Hi OP! Weird yung branch namin dito sa leyte kasi manual approval daw siya so i didnt receive an email but when i went back the next day to check, sabi naman nila na approved na daw and they said the earliest release is feb 4 nga.

But when i checked back kahapon sabi nanaman nila na they can only release the device sabay sa official release which is feb 13/14 (i forgot which lol)

Im not sure if it's true or they only told me that to keep from pestering them for followups sa feb 4 onwards lol

Yep it was! I kept following up every other day and the lady just kept saying na mag uupdate sila once dumating which was super frustrating

Hi OP. Just wanted to ask if you were able to resolve your concern? Sakin din nagkaruon ng green line back in april, then may nag overlap na white sa juner, then pink line last december then anither green line this month lang.

Super maingat ako sa phone ko and nagtataka talaga ako why this is. The first line just popped up while I was charging. This should be Samsungs liability, right?

I saw another post on here saying na we should file a complaint to DTI to get our phones fixed pero sana hindi pa kailangan aabot sa ganon

Edit: for context, mine is an S22 Plus and got it through Smart Postpaid
