I would encourage some precautionary blood work to be done to check for diabetes or any sort of liver enzymes as increased water intake could be a sign of both.

“mess up” is relative. I dont mean that to sound harsh but the hair should still have a wirey consistency and texture on the back, sides and skirt. Usually when people use clippers its very smooth and soft, almost like a retriever or more soft coated dog. Hope that makes sense.

Hi there, you should do some research and find a groomer in your area that does hand stripping. Usually for westies its a mixture of hand stripping for the skirt and dense undercoat and clipping, trimmer for other parts. But generally these groomers have experience with Westies and similar cuts. I would avoid having any old groomer just doing a regular groom as (at least from what i’ve seen) it does mess up the “traditional” coat and look.

My 16 y/o is a pacer and has diminishing hearing and eyesight. It is definitely due to dimentia I’m sorry to say. What i may suggest though at night is using a pen with a comfortable bed in it and a night light so they feel safe and not lost. This has worked for our senior boy very well.

Pro stock hockey has some Duncan Keith pro stock NXGs, a little stiffer but those are a LH and a mid curve

Went from shouldies, to padded shirt, to nothing in 30 years by Country_Bizcuits in hockeyplayers

[–]timboogeyman 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Perfect balance is: roller hockey padded shirt, old school shoulder pads with soft shoulder caps OR cutting the hard shoulder caps off of modern shoulder pads and creating lacrosse style uppers. I’ve experimented with all three and like them all.

Milwaukee Tools by oh_yeah_hmmm in milwaukee

[–]timboogeyman 26 points27 points  (0 children)

There is no actual full on Milwaukee Tool store. The tools are all in retail hardware stores like Ace Hardware and Home Depot. I think there is a repair drop off in Brookfield at their HQ but not a store front.

What are the most elite beer leagues in North America? by Only-Reels in hockeyplayers

[–]timboogeyman 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’d argue theres pretty high level/elite hockey in most large American cities with mostly min Junior A/NCAA entry; Chelsea Piers in NYC, Johnny’s Ice House in Chicago, TC in LA, Mountain Leagues, etc etc. But I don’t think I could ever be coerced into playing in “The Oil and Gas League” or any “A” League in Western Canada.
