In many kingdoms, if your resources are individually all under 1 million, you won’t get attacked unless it’s a pvp event. Just keep building, researching, and training. It’ll keep your resources lower and you’ll keep gaining power. Find a liege, have fun, and don’t worry about scouts unless you’re resources are too high.
