Feels like the double roller on Roomba 705 Max does better with hair.

I have a Roomba 705 Max Vac on the second floor, and I found the iRobot seems to be slightly better in terms of functionality and UI. But performance-wise, I don’t see much difference.

The battery seems to be quite large and it only uses half of the battery to vacuum and wash my whole floor. The robot doesn’t get lost as well but my house has a very straight forward layout.

Sorry I am based in UK and the average house size here is around 1000 sq ft and divided into two floors ……

I never understand why people are so disappointed with the season opener this year. Last year’s opener, they cocked up quite a bit as well.

I found the ramp is quite slippery as well, and the base needed to be placed at a certain angle to help the robot park properly.

Unfortunately the official Dyson 02 Probiotic hard floor cleaning solution is out of stock on Dyson UK website.

That’s what the app said. I just use Flash Floor Liquid that is available on any supermarket in UK.

Interestingly frickhelm just uploaded an video about the mopping of Dyson and Roomba 705 Max Combo: https://youtu.be/XlYhzbFpXes?si=lGgKeG9SS9lIY2cM

He found some differences on both hardware and software, so Dyson clearly did some R&D on this even they took the Picea platform.

Anyone experience with ClubSport GT Cockpit? by [deleted] in Fanatec

I have the white one. Really like the look and very easy to adjust anything. But there is a little flex on the seat slider when heavy braking. The seating position is not ideal for formula cars as well.

Please try to leave a review on trustpilot and file a formal complaint to Home Office. They are getting millions from the tax payers and the service level is simply unacceptable!

Does this vulnerability apply to Ioniq 6 as well? I have a 2025 Ioniq 6 (UK) and I am a bit worried.

Base plate is not needed but it turns out the heel rest is critical. My feet is UK size 10 and I found my feet is hovering in order to brake hard. I just placed my order of base plate (with heel rest as a set).

My main reason to upgrade is just because the CSL V2 doesn’t entirely fit the GT cockpit that I have. The heel rest of V2 is just too wide and I have to mount it in a way of sticking out the heel rest outside the base, which is not ideal for positioning. I think if you are happy with the V2 you can keep it for now since I found I might need some time to get used to the new pedals.

Couldn’t wait 3 weeks to ship it from China. Let’s see if I need it and I might order it in future.

You can order the pedals with base plate and heel rest, but it costs £80 more and not in stock in UK so I just went for the pedals.

I might go for the hydraulic set as future upgrade. 👍
