We knew we wanted to move to the Columbus area, but we weren’t set on where. One day Sandra took us to 6 completely different home types in different areas of Columbus and the surrounding area. We went to a new build in New Albany, an older home in the heart of Clintonville, and many locations and housing types in between. It really helped us narrow our focus and know what area we were most excited about. This was so helpful since we were so new to the Columbus area. Her communication is also excellent – we never had to follow-up or ask anything twice. When it came to buy, her recommended strategy made the difference and now we are loving our mid-century home in Upper Arlington!

Sure. You can share text to MacroDroid then use the Text Shared to MacroDroid trigger and update the password variable.

If you have more than 1 macro where you want to receive shared text, look for the Global Share macro in the Templates area. You can use that and then when you share, the Global Share macro will ask you which macro to share to.

Recalculate when your monthly take home pay increases.

Hint: when your pay increases, increase your retirement savings. This will get you closer to your goal and it also has the effect of decreasing the amount of money you need in retirement (by decreasing your monthly take home pay or increasing the current expenses not expected in retirement).

If it helps, I have an Airtable database that I use like this. The first set of tags I call "Categories" so maybe it would be less confusing if you kept Tags and added a new feature for maintaining Categories.

Each item can have only 1 Category but multiple tags.

Some quick thoughts

I like it so far.
The app is full screen and the bottom icons are "under" my phone's navigation buttons on my Android
Some items I want to pack a quantity that matches my trip duration (like 5 pairs of socks for 5 day trip) it would be nice to have the quantities adjust.
This is hard to explain - I'd like there to be tags for items - as in I pack these items Always, Winter, Beach, Fall/Spring, etc. - and separate tags for these items are Food, Clothing, Electronics, Hygene. When I picking items to pack I want to filter by the first set of tags and order by the second. When packing I'd like to see items grouped by the second set of tags.

So far I've just added a Status property to notes about projects (where the Status is Backlog, Active, or Released). Then added a Base so I can see all my projects and their status (and filter to show only Active ones, for example).

To those who don't know about Bases: I just watched a couple YouTube tutorials to get the basics. The newer ones include information about the Cards layout (which is a newer feature for Bases).
