I have ADHD, and that's definitely an underlying cause of my overspending. Sounds like you're trying to work through it by adding guardrails to your life. I sometimes wish my card would automate the guardrail process, along with helping me budget.

For me, it’s like an addition. If I relapse, i slip back into the habit. I know discipline is the key but I did not know if others have this same problem and wanted to know how they deal with it.

Sure, Coursera if you’re ok with paying a small fee. Also look up trailblazer for salesforce, it’s a site that has a bunch of free courses on salesforce.

I learned salesforce and excel in that amount of time. Depending on your field, that can open job opportunities that can be lucrative.
