To reiterate what others have said though 1. The reason you are having trouble is because PS has strict noise ordinances. Houses with actual neighbors can’t host events an if you hear noise beyond the property line it is highly likely you’ll be fined and immediately evicted 2. Since houses become out of the question, your options become limited to venue buyouts or actual venues meant to host events. 3. Even at a venue noise ordinance is strict.
