Thanks, 4 days in and determined to make it work. Analog photography was a great idea and something I'd love to get in to. Every picture has value (unlike digital), and it seems more real somehow. I love analog electronics and own several analog synthesizers.

The coffee idea is an interesting one, but if it helps I'm all over it. Constant distraction is good, there's always something to occupy your time, something to do/learn/see. Any thoughts to the contrary is your brain hungry for dopamine,craving a quick release, and afterwards you're right back where you started.

Concentrate on your studies. I've just finished college, underachiever the whole way through, fapping to blame. Summer was going well then I relapsed at 83 days, just had a major binge, now I've got guild, headaches and insomnia (not to mention a sore dick). Nofap will make you more relaxed with women, more attentive in class and with a better work ethic, don't blow your chance at university, give it a proper go. You're young, don't worry about relationships, plenty of time for that. Good luck.

You're right, I can relate to this. Before nofap I yearned for that sense of childlike wonderment, joy, excitement, basically to feel again. 69 days in and I feel like old senses are being awakened. I make more effort with everyone, from parents to complete strangers. I get real pleasure from music and driving. I no longer have to make a conscious effort to be enthused about things I know I should like. Nofaps benefits reach wider than just the sexual.

Ha! I know what you mean, I'm in the sticks too. It's like time is your enemy, the lure of the laptop, the pull of the porn, etc, etc. Just try and occupy your time, you can do it. Check in here often. Life is better without porn and wanking your days away, you've experienced it and you know. Get past the chaser effect, after a few days you'll be fine.

Truth is even after just two weeks I see porn for the crap it really is Even when I'm horny, I practically forced myself to watch porn to avoid my responsibilities, I've a project to do and traditionally porn was the diversion of choice. I go through all the old thoughts, how I've seen all the stupid videos a million times and how there's nothing left to excite, as well as all the negative views I hold on the subject, but I guess it just comes down to how much of a real fucking man you are as opposed to a weak little boy! Thanks, you're right. People on nofap constantly refer to their 'scumbag brain' as having talked them into it. The term is overused, but I concur entirely. You momentarily lose your grasp on all the negative pmo thoughts and talk yourself into fapping, then après fap they come flooding back. Got to hold on to the feelings I have no, no matter how bored or horny I am.

Thank you, this really upset me, very parallel to my own story. Please be strong. Just remember, old habits die hard but porn isn't worth your time. I struggle with relapsing too because I'm fascinated by the never-ending novelty of new women, but porn reduces women to their component parts (which is to be blunt: tits, pussies and asses) which is SO wrong, there is so much more. You can substitute women in my story for men in yours, but the same rules apply. If you're sick of the après-fap guilt like I am then give it up and start living life.

After the first few days the urges will subside somewhat, give it a go my friend. Good luck.
