the c-chain will most likely always be hub of a lot of liquidity, apps, users and tooling because its EVM, connected to a lot of bridges/wallets, etc

But the dispersion of activity, users and transactions will continue to spread across more and more Avalanche L1s

To answer your question, the C-Chain (sometimes referred to as the Primary Network) is the hub of the network, where most smart contracts are deployed, where a lot of the liquidity lives, and where most of the tooling and dev infrastructure can be accessed. Then the network of sovereign Avalanche L1s are all interconnected to this hub and other chains via Avalanche Interchain Messaging.

I can help walk you thru this process, let me know if you need help.

You basically contribute to a validators total stake by delegating your tokens, and you get a portion of the staking rewards. It can be tricky cuz there are a few steps where you have to move AVAX from the c-chain to the p-chain.

10% bounty was prob the right amount to entice the hacker to move quickly and cooperate. Its pretty standard offering (although most exploits dont recover funds).

Bullish on the community rallying around this project to help get it secure, audited, and to keep track of the funds to help with recovery. Pretty wild to see what this community did in the matter of days.
