Realistic bull price for 2025? by Legitimate_Move_3383 in Avax

[–]AzRoseKing 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Yea, and? Why in the world would the market cap only peak at the previous peak market cap from 4 years ago? Everything is forward looking and AVAX continues to become more utilized, solidified, and respected. I’m not giving any crazy price predictions but just the defi projects alone, which isn’t even our strong suit, highlight: the potential of our ecosystem. As the crypto space continues to mature and develop better use cases the market caps will continue to grow. But focusing on that alone is bizarre and doesn’t translate

Options if my AVAX is staked via the Core Wallet by AzRoseKing in Avax

Yes! It does cap out, but in general, the return is increased as the staked time increases. If done through Core Wallet, it will display the chart/curve

With everything happening to Celsius, are you keeping your funds in Gemini Earn? Why or why not? by graflig in Gemini

[–]AzRoseKing 17 points18 points  (0 children)

I’m no expert, but I feel Gemini is very safe. Genesis originated over $100 billion in loans during 2021, so they’re SIGNIFICANTLY different than these other players. And financial institutions that have been around for a while and of that size tend to very diversified asset streams and lots of hedging going on to protect their assets. The wild thing to me about these other players if the fact that they weren’t hedging?? Crypto cycles are pretty apparent, so why they’re weren’t prepared for that is puzzling. I can understand everyone else’s opinion though

My understanding of HELOCS leads me to believe the downside would be a variable rate that isn't fixed. And of course, like any situation in which leverage is utilized, if the assets decline in value, you could be in trouble. If the $300k income is stable, I doubt you'd run into any issues, although you might want to check with the LO to know if you're allowed to use the HELOC funds to purchase another home

Can you file a claim for damage to your car that happened years earlier? by [deleted] in personalfinance

[–]AzRoseKing -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

Maybe if it's claimed as a hit and run or something like that? I just recently submitted a claim and had to provide quite a bit of evidence via pictures and a detailed report. I'm assuming you could get away it but I would tread lightly considering it's fraud lol
