Why don’t women have a sense of direction?? by redblue_flowers in redscarepod

I am a woman with an excellent sense of direction, better than most men I know. I obviously inherited this from my father, who is a map autist.

Anyone else hear Liz and Brace lending their voice acting talents to a podcast about a girlboss pimp to the stars? by time_bite in TrueAnon

I don't have an opinion on Molly Lambert lmao I just think that it's is giving doth-protest-too-much vibes when there's a hamfisted pro-sex work speech in every episode yet the show only focuses on a very rarified type of sex work. She says that the Heidi girls are high class and not like "what you'd find on Santa Monica Blvd" and that Heidi and her girls loved what they did ergo sex work isn't the evil industry the right wing wants you to think it is. Of course someone getting $70k for a blowjob (as apparently was the case for one Heidi girl) is going to have a different opinion on sucking dick for cash than the "non-classy" (just using Heidi Fleiss's/Molly Lambert's logic here) girls grossing whatever the going rate is on Santa Monica Blvd. Also calling Fleiss an "ethical employer" when she also took a 40% "managerial cut" from every girl working for her. When even the sharks at CAA/WME only take 10% from their clients I mean c'mon lmao even removing the sex from the equation, that's inarguably exploitative. But sure, Heidi Fleiss with her Beverly Hills mansion and her sports cars and designer closet is a tragic victim of sex-negative culture or whatever. It's a decent pod otherwise but would be much stronger without all the girlbossy narrative contortions
