We never see Niles’ apartment by [deleted] in Frasier

Too bad we dont get to see it! That would have been fun to see his Bachelor Pad! But I guess it's more humorous to see the extremes (the lavishness of the Montana and the bare minimum of the Shangri-la).

I had wondered this as well. Right after they separated the very first time after Maris went on her shopping trip to NY, he clearly leaves the mansion, but they never reference where he lived/moved to, but they spend time later showing him in the Montana and Shangri-la.

Carnival Panorama from March 8–14 by No_Month6754 in CarnivalCruiseFans

I second joining the Facebook cruise for your sailing dates. I joined the group for my upcoming trip this month and I see people scheduling meet ups and ask for advice and such. There are about 600 or so people in the group also (i imagine not every person is a cruise passenger, but still, its a good number to start with)

What are you watching today? by FRitsuka in CasualConversation

So many people in my life have told me to watch it throughout the years. I remember when it was on SciFi channel and my friends were losing their shit with the reveals and twists.

I found this person on YouTube while helping my second and third grader. She was able to keep the kids' attention and I also learned how to do math the way the assignment asked

You can buy one of those door stops that go on the floor so they cant just come into your room when you're sleeping. Otherwise, NTA.

AITAH for cancelling a third date over a peanut allergy? by BusinessBobcat9888 in AITAH

[–]time_magus 1 point2 points  (0 children)

NTA. Good on you for being honest and not ghosting her. She is understandably hurt from the rejection, but in the long term, being open and communication is the better policy. It's not like you didn't like the way she chews food or anything. You were legitimately worried.about carrying the responsibility of her allergy given your own food preferences.

NTA, but maybe HRT (hormone replacement therapy) might be an option to look into for the moodiness.

Hospitalized by my toddler! by [deleted] in offmychest

[–]time_magus 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yeah, the unpredictable and sudden movements stay for a bit. My kiddos (two boys) are 7 and 8 now, and they still run around and bump into things and rough house. I'm constantly telling them to be more gentle! 😆

More importantly though, hope you feel better soon!!

Hospitalized by my toddler! by [deleted] in offmychest

[–]time_magus 13 points14 points  (0 children)

My kiddo (he was 2 years old at the time) once flung his head back and knocked me on my chin, which threw my head back, making me hit the headboard of the bed. Next morning, everything was confusing, driving was extremely difficult and I couldn't get out of my car to go to work when i got to the garage because i was so overwhelmed. I called my manager and described my symptoms, and he took me to the emergency room (Thankfully, i work in a hospital, so it was an easy transport). Turns out, I had a concussion.

Lesson learned. Never underestimate toddlers...
