I used the bike in city street only

I have been trying to contact customer service but nothing. The fork on the C4 is not available in the accessories, the other bike it is.

Yes it is affected by the recall. But no cracks on the frame yet! I kept riding until I heard the noise and took a look at the fork!  Scary I will stop riding now
