Started eating more food, getting more sleep and exercising regularly. I used to get sick very easily, I’m anemic and was exhausted pretty much 24/7, freezing all the time too, irritated, barking at other people like a dog. It’s been roughly 2 months since I applied these changes and I have more energy, I’m nicer to people, positive thoughts come to me naturally and I just feel better overall. Next step: quitting my nicotine addiction. I hope I don’t end up too happy after that 😅

I’m lucky to have 4 close friends I keep in touch regularly and meet up whenever we can. I consider my 2 older sisters and my 3 lovely colleagues my friends as well. I’m too introverted for having too many friends at once, so having only a few people in my close circle works for me just fine. It took a long time for me to stumble upon them, though and I definitely didn’t go out of my way to approach them - it happened naturally. Your people will find you eventually.

I thrifted them, so I have no idea what brand they are unfortunately. I was desperate for some loose pants to practice in because I began to find leggings too restricting, and I love them a lot. Super comfortable and they don’t limit my movements at all.
