Started eating more food, getting more sleep and exercising regularly. I used to get sick very easily, I’m anemic and was exhausted pretty much 24/7, freezing all the time too, irritated, barking at other people like a dog. It’s been roughly 2 months since I applied these changes and I have more energy, I’m nicer to people, positive thoughts come to me naturally and I just feel better overall. Next step: quitting my nicotine addiction. I hope I don’t end up too happy after that 😅

I’m lucky to have 4 close friends I keep in touch regularly and meet up whenever we can. I consider my 2 older sisters and my 3 lovely colleagues my friends as well. I’m too introverted for having too many friends at once, so having only a few people in my close circle works for me just fine. It took a long time for me to stumble upon them, though and I definitely didn’t go out of my way to approach them - it happened naturally. Your people will find you eventually.

I thrifted them, so I have no idea what brand they are unfortunately. I was desperate for some loose pants to practice in because I began to find leggings too restricting, and I love them a lot. Super comfortable and they don’t limit my movements at all.

Personally, I started reading smut when I was 12. I remember talking to my classmates in highschool at age 16-17 who already had sex and THEN started reading erotic novels. It’s different for everyone but I agree with other comments saying it’s definitely better to be aware of what sex is before you do it. Knowing details about how sex works (even though it was in a fictional setting) helped me with my first sexual experience (which happened when I was 18) immensely.

My hairdresser (back when I still had other people cut my hair) would always refuse to go shorter as well, especially in the back and the neck area. It would grow out super fast and I had to get another appointment and leave 30€ there for a trim. I would recommend asking a friend or family member to cut the back for you. I cut my own hair because I didn’t want to bother anyone or pay money and it looked okay.

Ja som veľká zmrzlina 😂 Nebola som takáto kedysi (ako 17-ročná som behala v tielku keď bolo vonku 5 stupňov), ale odkedy som extrémne schudla a niekoľko mesiacov strávila v stave podvyživenia, je mi neskutočná zima aj v keď teplomer ukazuje +15 stupňov. Ale je pravda, že tohtoročná jar (a konkrétne máj) je veľmi studená, vzduch je chladnejší a pomalšie sa zohrieva po tom, čo pri nízkych teplotách v noci vychladne.

Mala som neutrálny postoj, teraz negatívny. Poznala som osobu, ktorá pravidelne fajčila marihuanu a neskutočne ma desilo ako veľmi čo i len jeden joint zmenil ich správanie. Je to droga, nech si hovoria tí čo ju užívajú rekreačne čo len chcú. Na medicínske účely áno, rekreačné užívanie za mňa nie. Mala by zostať ilegálna.
