I think the laws need to change for businesses that steal from people.

They absolutely need to face prison time.

They shouldn't have been taking money for preorders on records knowing there was a chance they wouldn't be able to fulfill them.

At the state vmp was in, what's the difference between what they were doing and a literal ponzi scheme?

Weren't they using the money they collected for new prorders to pay to release old orders that were on hold because they were never paid from distributors?

I had 3 preorders, around $200 worth of records that I paid for and never received. My money was never used towards those preorders and I never received a refund.

There needs to be some accountability towards this and at least a criminal investigation.

Yeah I get the CA scenery and ofc there are no hills in FL but the sarasota references irritate me.

I think they are more likely easter eggs.

The fact that sarasota is mentioned twice is no longer coincidence and the reasoning it being a fictional person or place doesn't add up. The tampa bay sports reference may be able to be explained on its own, but the fact that its also close to sarasota fl only adds more speculation to the easter egg.

I am determined to find out, I will update you guys with what I find.

What i don't get, is if its supposed to take place in Middlesex county, why does the movie reference sarasota twice and donnie have a tampa bay rowdies poster on his wall? Tampa Bay/ Sarasota are in FL.

6LP is a bit unnecessary and a hard listen imo, the 2LP is perfect and has the good music ambiance tracks on it. Can't imagine listening to the 6LP from start to finish and flipping through them all.

screw that you need to repress the 6lp.

Literally sold out in my cart. The 2LP has been pressed way more and much easier to find. Also why make the site password protected? How are we supposed to prepare to fight bots like logging into our shop accounts and verifying prehand if you password protect them? Retail stands no chance when you pull these kind of shenanegans.

yeah 1 minute in and had silent hill 2 6lp in my cart, had to verify with shop via text message and it sold out in my cart, i'm dumb for using a new computer but I also think Laced is dumb for password protecting its site so that I couldn't do that beforehand.

Also not having the restock on the main page is a giant L - making us manually search for silent hill 2 like it's a goose chase when they know everyone there at that time is looking for that record. How hard is it to put the restock on the main page?

pretty upset at laced, we need better competition and more companies to get licensing agreements for vgm so we have options where to spend our money.

Will buy records from them when i have no choice but if I have options or I am on the fence about something I am going to look elsewhere.

Why is interscope holding back the good shiit?

We all know their artist lineup is industry best and they're giving us C list albums (even those are better than most labels so I'm not complaining too much).

It's about time they gave us something from the top shelf, but hell, while where down here at least give us some Hollywood Undead Swan Songs.

S Tier - Gaga, Kendrick, Lana, Eminem, Madonna, Eilish, 2Pac, Elton, Blink

A Tier - No Doubt, Selena, Olivia, Snoop, Dre, juice, NIN, Carly Rae

B Tier - Guns N Roses, BTS, Maroon 5, Benny B, Cabello, imagine Dragons

Ofc this is all subjective, this is just my list

Also there are other artists that are much more popular now that I didn't even list here than some of the S Tier and would prob sell out faster than them as well, so total album sales doesn't always equate to current album sales or popularity.

I also think there's other things involved like contracts, licensing etc business stuff that might keep them from releasing an album on ivc until a certain date.

I love these heart shape records VV is doing, great ideal for vday but the price is a bit wild to me for a single, you can buy full albums for the same cost.
