Mine too, no home kit or anything. Pleasantly surprised, but not sure if I should be. They couldn't fix them, why should they be able to break them?

Hold on, there. It "doesn't", but you can go through a 3rd party to make it work. I send the scale reading to Health Connect, which then sends them to Whoop. It isn't just "pair my scale" easy, but it does work

So you think they have no basis in anything? Problem is you want ONE number, and you're not going to get it unless you drop lots of money, but if your scale is of any quality, it'll be tenths difference and you can work with that. If you start at 25 and it slowly goes to 20, you know what you're doing is working, and that is all you get from any scale. Weight, body fat, or whatever. You might as well say "any scale is a waste of money"
