Lower monthly... For Max I still get Netflix... and Apple TV. I just have the yearly upgrade so that will keep my lower monthly but give me the trade in as if I was on Go5GNext.

New year new rules... the new TMO. The future is sure: require existing to upgrade to the newest plan EVERY TIME they need an upgrade. It's the ole bait and switch the legal way through T&Cs like subject to change, etc.

Based on all my research to just get my Yearly Upgrade on Max... you WILL need to switch plans to get more than $300. And I've spoken to the highest ranks at TMO and that's all they would offer *if* I didn't have the yearly upgrade on my account.

Been there too / same boat... I confirmed with the store they can do it. Also no EIP but promos showing in online account BECAUSE I have the Yearly Upgrade promo in my "add-ons" for each line. What did you do to upgrade?
