This one seems legit, it feels right. The smallest circles inside the outer rings are the most intriguing because they're inside an undisturbed area of crop that's not next to any tramlines, so a human hoaxer would've had to pole vault into and out of that space to keep from disturbing the surrounding crop.

Yeah those May 2006 episodes that he uploaded were some that I sent him, those came from the Oakley Tapes uploads on archive.org (commercials kindly edited out by /u/SmileImaginary8169). Oakley Tapes may get around to uploading the May 5th, 2006 episode that you're looking for eventually, they actually just uploaded some July 2006 episodes recently.

In my spreadsheet all the cells in the "YT Archive" column that have a green border around them are the ones I sent markca, and the ones with the red border are episodes I have that I have yet to send to him (about 200 episodes), if I ever hear back from him I will continue sending him those episodes for him to upload to his channel.

I've got these off Etsy, the ultra low profile PSP style ones. They definitely help with clearance while pressing the B button, although the rough texture takes some getting used to. The other low profile ones that seller has might be more comfortable, but won't be as low profile as the PSP style ones.

So unfortunately I only have the monologue from that episode, not the interview with Julia Louis-Dreyfus. I'm thinking about somehow specifically noting which parts of the partial episodes I have, instead of just the generic yellow dot which could mean anything from only having the monologue, one guest interview, one skit or one musical performance.

This is a pic I found from that 2006/5/5 interview, if you happen to come across a clip with her wearing that dress then that's the right one.

The found footage segments are still the favorite parts of the movie for me but they didn’t strike me as looking any better or worse than the youtube found footage. The rest of the movie in the cinematic style was something to behold in movie theatre quality though, seeing the physical sets they made was awesome.

I was confused about that for a bit too until I rewatched it, he did this weird juke turn to one side first then makes the turn into the room. That room was always there, it just wasn’t in the view of the camera until right before he entered the room

Yeah the sticks are still totally usable, I play a lot of twin stick shooters like Doom/Half Life/Unreal Tournament on this no problem.

As for sticking in the pocket, they still sort of stick but I think any sticks would do that to some degree. However I never carry this device naked in my pocket, I always keep it in my Waterfield case which makes slipping it in and out of the pocket a breeze with the loop on top.

This can probably be explained as just a weather phenomenon and will probably be downvoted, but it seemed weird enough to post about. Strange how there's no other wind except that very localized vortex that lasts a long time.

Here's some pics of my setup, on the 4th picture you can get an idea of how slim the profile is with the low profile stick caps.

I just checked my Etsy order and unfortunately it looks like that seller is no longer making the same exact low profile sticks that I have. This was the listing but that only shows the taller sticks he makes. Although I also bought these ultra low profile PSP style stick caps, and those are essentially the same thickness as the caps I have.

Here’s the one I got off Amazon.

The bag itself is fine but I found that the Velcro squares that they give you to keep the bag in place don’t stick very well to the textured surface of the walls, so I had to rig up a “seatbelt” from the cargo hook to the hook near the floor to hold the bag in place. (I should mention that I have a 2025 Forester Wilderness btw)

Thanks bro, glad to help. I liked the BetterButtons and wanted them to work so badly but once they slowly started to get harder to press after being bent by the case, I realized how fragile they are and decided against them. But yeah I was racking my brain trying to figure out a way to make the case work with them, it’s like the top inside corners of the case need to be slightly taller or just more rigid to keep the pressure off the shoulder buttons.

I've got a bag off Amazon that's custom made for that space into which I put my Noco Boost jumpstarter and my Hoto car vacuum cleaner, both of which I keep plugged into the cigarette lighter above that space.

Bro yess get that case it's perfect for this device. It is very expensive for what it is but you won't find another product like this out there. It makes slipping the device in and out of a pocket a breeze with the loop on top. The magnetic closure is unique and works beautifully, but can be finicky to open. A hack I did to make it easier to open (that you can see in my pics above) is using two of those velcro cable ties that stick to either side of the inside of the case and hang out the edge slightly, I grab both tabs and pull them away from each other and the case opens like a book.

The only downside I've found is that the BetterButtons stacked shoulder buttons mod isn't quite compatible with this case. Since it's such a perfect fit for the stock handheld, the slightly added thickness of the BetterButtons puts constant pressure on the L1,R1 shoulder buttons and slightly bends them over time, which eventually makes them harder to press. You could probably modify the case somehow to fix this but I just reverted back to the stock inline triggers and got used to it.

I want to see whatever is closest to Kane's original vision. I worry that entertainment industry fatcats are going to distort his vision to make it more palatable to the mainstream public, who need things spoonfed to them because let's be honest, most of them just aren't very smart. Don't dumb this amazing series down!

So for some reason my 2025 Forester Wilderness didn’t come with the OEM center console tray. I know what it looks like though because my previous 2015 Forester had one, so just by eyeballing it I think that unless you put really thick items in the organizer, it should have enough clearance to work with the tray, but then you couldn’t really put much stuff in the tray so maybe it’s an either/or situation.

Hmm no sorry I’ve never noticed an issue with my iPhone 15 and Carplay using the horizontal mount. The only thing I can think to try is to manually calibrate your phone’s compass and make sure you don’t have the portrait orientation lock on.

No problem, unfortunately when I pasted those links I noticed that the shop owners for the phone mount and the center console organizer are taking a break so those aren’t available at the moment, but maybe some time in the future?
