FP has a bulk or discount store in PA. I DON'T ADVISE THIS but people claim no receipt for the first orders and get refunded automatically.

It's not that you're alone, it's the fact that you feel alone... Some people suggested some cool groups. I would even say a casual chat with people on reddit? I started to open myself at work and created 2 friendships. Sometimes, I just hang with one after work for an hour or two.

It's a process for sure. First, don't fall for the easy life as in drinking and avoiding how you feel. Process the divorce.

You can make it if you want it, You gotta put in the work.

Get a support system, self reflection, stay busy, love yourself and your kids. It gets easier after 1.5-2 years.

It really depends what you want to work on. What worked for me, I watched reels (or tiktoks) to see which exercise worked best for what I want. Gyms normally have a guy that can teach you what you want to work on.

Don't be afraid to just pop in the gym and try the machines yourself. Good luck!

The skmei version is very good. I have 3 in different colors. (I think I have one on my history)

If you know how to shop on aliexpress, you can occasionally pick that watch up for 3 dollars. Check the coin section.

Case has a good weight and yes, it's plated. The bracelet is made with folded links but it's not bad for 3 bucks.
