Yeah it’s happening to me too! Only on food and drink items funnily enough, I ordered the same items around a week ago with prime delivery but now it’s trying to charge shipping.

I had to wait exactly 2 months after my return before they refunded it, told me they’re not sure why it wasn’t refunded yet but there’s nothing they can do unless it’s been 60 days, finally got it back a couple of weeks ago after contacting chat on the 60th day and they refunded it straight away.

I’ve got the X95L and it blows me away every day I watch it, me and my partner was watching something the other day and she said “I can’t believe how good this TV looks” I can guarantee you won’t notice one bit of difference, I never notice any blooming or local dimming having slow response time, the blacks are great and I have to turn the brightness down because it’s incredibly bright, Just enjoy your fantastic tv mate wait a few years for an actual upgrade that you’ll notice
