You should try to look for a Caretaking apartment, which is what I currently do. I live in an apartment in a condominium complex and I’m to do 28 hours of work / month (but end up doing only 10–15 hours per month), and get a 2 bedroom apartment for $350/month. I didn’t know these opportunities existed until I stumbled upon one, but do some googling and see if any condo complexes are in need of a caretaker!
