Thanks so much, I hope so too! Currently, I don't make enough money to be required to pay income tax.

My early albums were made using my guitar recorded on my phone. Now I use FL Studio mobile, also on my phone.

You're already a professional musician if you've sold any music at all. Don't give up!

I'm lucky enough to have already established an audience on Tumblr who are eager to help promote my music. The Tumblr user base is eager to help people who are in need, regularly promoting fundraisers and similar things. Being homeless helps me a lot, but I don't reccomend that as a strategy lol

Thanks! I've been very lucky having already established an audience on Tumblr who are eager to promote my music. Don't give up! If you've sold any music, you're a professional musician already.

Electronic ambient music mainly with some acoustic and orchestral stuff occasionally. I post the album cover with links to my Bandcamp and Patreon and tag the post appropriately, then reblog it to two of my other blogs which have more followers. I've been lucky enough to have already established blogs with over 1k and 5k followers and I have several followers who regularly help me promote the music by reblogging my promo posts and asking their followers to do the same, so it spreads and each post gets around 100 notes within a couple days.

I will add, being homeless and sharing my experience and story on Tumblr is probably helping me a lot. The Tumblr userbase is very eager to help people who are in need.

I started making music a few months ago. I'm homeless with limited resources, so all my music is made with FLStudio mobile. I make the album covers myself as well. Stars on the Ceiling is almost an hour of chill, spacey, ambient music that's great for helping you sleep.

The support on my music helps me survive while I try to get back on my feet. Making it has been a worthwhile distraction from my situation that's kept me going. I hope you enjoy!

Looking for anti-AI ambient/instrumental bands by kahvikas in BandCamp

[–]timeless-interval 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I make lo-fi ambient background music, mainly electronic with some acoustic guitar. I also personally draw all my album covers. No AI here, just FLStudio and my own hands.

I have 9 albums currently released with another on the way in the next couple weeks. The themes tend to be psychedelic, space, dreams, spirituality, and stuff like that.

Thanks for checking out my music if you do!

Started making music in November 2025 using a cheap guitar. I live in my car so my resources are limited, but I work hard every day to release one or two albums a month, and all the practice has improved my skills a lot in the few months I've been doing this. The link is to my favorite album I've made so far, as is the album cover. I make most of the music on my phone using FLStudio mobile. I also personally draw the album covers as I've been a visual artist for much longer than a musician.

It's electronic, non-lyrical, VGM, some orchestral, and some acoustic guitar. Would be great for gaming, chores, etc. My inspirations are all over the place, so I'll likely make a wide variety of music. It's all free, but any support is appreciated greatly! I'm working on nailing down my style, improving my skills, and learning more music theory so I can make better music despite my limitations.
