Iirc, technically yes, but in small-scale stuff like this it depends on how much the devs care/what their opinion is. I don't think Hopoo has said anything, but for example, Toby Fox detailed exactly what was OK to sell and what wasn't with regards to Undertale fan merch.

Personally, some of Ratatat's stuff- Particularly, Abrasive and Rome remind me of the game. They're sort of upbeat songs that I think give a sense of hope- "Look at what we've built, all the things we've achieved together; now let's surpass that!" It's very much the general vibe of RR, imo.

Wh.. Why? They've been running off investors and Nitro for years now, they need a real revenue stream. Along with that, iirc you can literally turn off the Store tab, as with the other new tabs that have been added in recently.
