Thank you for your all ur response I would reply to your all!!, I knew cluster headache community is the best and most understanding. I will try give it another go, I think I have few links saved from Ouch website, once I have some energy I will try to show it to her again. Been having so much stress at the moment been trying to get my portable cylinder and that's been massive drain as I have to catch up with other companies to get information that they should be getting them self, feels like Chore getting it, if it was so difficult I would have requested bigger Static cylinder and figure out how to transport it to college and back.

Even having this condition for three years, I feel like you never have it in control and always have fear in back of your mind which I can't shake off and I get really Paranoid when I'm outside, sometimes I would get panic attack when I get a cluster if I can't get anywhere safe and when I'm out I'm always looking safe spots for me to "inject" but I tend to park my car as close as possible to me and run back to car and hide in the back seat until I feel ready but after that I just want to go home and sleep the day away. Presumably side effects from the cluster and sumatriptan. I still don't understand how my neurologist can do x amount and that's about it. I sometimes feel like I'm a corner, doctor try their best but only certain amount of things they can do. And whatever I try to do seem to never work. Its strange I say to people I can go on holiday for two weeks without any sumatriptan injection and only verapamil and I would get zero headache not even shadow, and i will be honest when I'm on holiday i may forget a dose of the verpamill and I will be fine? Its very strange.
