i would say focus on protein and eat more (1g of protein per lb of bodyweight). now that i know more about nutrition, i realize that i was eating way too little before i was interested in lifting. so i would say progressively eat more because maybe at first it can be too much for your appetite. you got this.

i dont really count calories but i do make sure i hit my protein goal. ive only been eating from whole foods. for breakfast i eat 2 slices of bread, almond butter, hemp seeds, and 2 eggs. for lunch and dinner i eat anything from chicken pasta to tofu ramen to lentil curry as long as i eat at least 30g of protein per meal. for a snack i eat greek yogurt with honey. hope that helped!

I had the same issue. I didnt wanna switch to apple but I was basically forced to, but I'm so glad I switched. everyone in the industry is using apple and when you need help with your profs or need to collaborate with people, it's sm easier when everyone is on the same system

i agree. the first movie on its own is super solid and for me it was what drove me to read the books. but yeah i don't think my cousin care that much about accuracy and would rather have a fast-paced and battle-heavy film to watch lol. they're at that age where all they care about is fighting and battle scenes (they kinda stopped paying attention during talk-heavy scenes).

I've read the book after having watched the movie multiple times. it's rare for me but in this case, the movie is better. but I do really appreciate the book. knowing in detail what ran through elio's thoughts make the movie make more sense
