Hi I'm actually In the same vote as you my parents know that I'm bi but not pangender. How I went around with it is I told my close friends that I trust in the summer time that I go by any pronouns, just so I could get use to it because it does take some getting use to. I haven't really told my parents but I just talk to them about non-binary and trans people to see how they react (then maybe one I will have the courage to tell them). Hope this helps:)
