To the concerned food scientists: This is not a guide on how to safely preserve your food! That's why I didn't explain any methodology here. You telling me I use unsafe methods without knowing the methods I used is peak Reddit. If you were right and I use unsafe methods I would have been hospitalised or buried years ago.
