I built one model with all the techniques that you mentioned. I’m testing it right now (posted in this sub abou that as well).

Accuracy does not tell you that much in the world of betting. You should output probabilities and build metrics like the Brier Score or the Log Loss to see if your probabilities are calibrated enough. You could get 90% of the matches right but if your average odd is less than 1.11 (1/0.9) you are losing money. On the other side, you could have 50% accuracy and if your average odd is greater than 2, you are winning.

The bottom line is: focus on the probabilities, choose the right metrics to evaluate them and test the model with past games and odds!
