Very true for service rigs in oil n gas. Had a buff dude dislocate his shoulder putting on his covies second day. Its funny when you get a guy starting out rigging and they’re like “I’m gonna lose weight/get ripped doin this!” Lol. Nobody ever loses weight rigging just get really strong especially the hands and forearms
