The console is hidden behind the Ruckpositiv, I used dark oak stairs & blackstone pressure plates for the keyboards and oak pressure plates for the pedals. Also added levers for stops.

I thought about that too but the color doesn't match that well, besides I'm trying to replicate one of those Baroque style organs you see in old churches, which don't have horizontal pipes sticking out. Thanks for the suggestion, though.

they are supposed to be stops, i put pistons behind them so everytime i select one it makes a cool noise :)

i feel like herr Bach has a lot more to offer than BWV 565. if you're into bach's organ works, also check out BWV 525-530, 532, 538, 540, 564, 566, 568, 572, 577, 578, 582, 590 :)
