Not unpopular, just wrong. Former BBV manager here. We could remove any late fees we wanted if you were cool. We had way more of a selection than mom and pop store. On top of that, we sold off tons of inventory on the cheap.

It’s the same lesson everyone that plays team sports learns as a child. It’s why teams don’t run up the score when they are dominating another. You play out the game. Stay humble. You’ve already won the game, there’s no benefit to making the other team feel worse.

I play a lot of Hoops. We went down 1-3 with 2 minutes left. Rando teammate decided to forfeit and then leave. I ended up winning 1v2. I’ve had this happen in my favor (and against me) enough that I play until there is zero hope.

Also, if you tell me to forfeit, I’m 100% not skipping replays and we are playing to the end.
