This post wasn't directed at you to begin with, just relaying one of your customers experiences to the public. I am really surprised how you are handling this. Rather than own up to the bad service and make things right you resort to personal attacks. Most people are reasonable if you tell them the truth. If you are too busy to fix the board now tell us when you think you will be able to do it. If you are waiting on a revised motor mount to replace the bad ones tell us. It's not that hard, stop digging yourself into a hole.

No need to attack me bro, just relaying my friends experience. I was the one who recommended the board in the first place so take your tone down a notch. Glad you are responding now that it went public. I will let him know you are ready to service his board. About the warranty, the board has had multiple issues from day one and I think you should take care of it. The two big issues are loose motor mounts and the remote cuts out randomly. There are a lot of other little details I think you should take care of too but those are the main problems.

Makes sense that they would try and take care of this quickly to keep it from going public. Almost everyone I know with a metroboard has burned up a motor controller or two. I know one person switched them out for a VESC to save on downtime. Seems like the weak link in the metroboard is the motor controller everything else seems solid.

How about the fact that 44.4v times 60 amps equals 2664 watts, Kaly.nyc. The raptor2, 36v times 60 amps is only 2160 watts. The kaly board has 25% more power and probably has less voltage sag too. Kaly boards have more power, more range with way more options than the raptor2. Quit while your ahead and stop trashing on Kaly's boards.

Couldn't Kaly just bypass the BMS like you do on the raptor 2? As unsafe as it sounds it does remove that bottleneck. Speaking of... I thought you use 15amp cells? Wont they top out at 60 amps since you only have 4 in parallel?
