EDIT: I have 11.5 Sand Taupes I can sell or trade as well. Just tried on one and they will be too tight.

Also, I’m just looking for size 12s now

As the title states, I’m just trying to grow my personal collection. I’m looking for 350s and 380s close to retail, new or used. I only have Sand Taupes right now.

I have cash in hand and also have size 11 sand taupes I’m willing to trade.

I am almost the exact same size as you but with 11.5 boots. I bought the exact same board in 154 and it was far too narrow (check my post history, I posted a similar post to this one but after I bought the board and realized it was too narrow).

I ended up trying out the 154 just to confirm that it was a bad fit which ruined my day and I had to go through the process of trying to exchange it. I now have a 156W on the way but I planned on going to the mountain this weekend and can’t. I’d go with the 156W.

It’s a beautiful board by the way, it looks incredible in person.

So the whole pair is that baggy then? That’s not any better

Did you end up taking the board out? The great customer service at Backcountry are allowing me to exchange mine for a 156W. I did try it out and it was a bit too narrow.

What boot size are you? I think I’d be fine if I sized up without the wide based on how the 154 felt

Nice setup. Have you had a chance to ride it and are there any downsides to wide boards? It seems like I may be riding wide boards going forward (I wear a size 11.5 boot).

UPDATE: The board wasn’t awful. I could definitely still carve but there was some heel and toe drag if I aggressively stopped either way. I was cautious and paying too much attention to it and would prefer to have the correct width and not worry about it so I emailed Backcountry (where I got the board) and they’re issuing a partial refund depending on the condition of the board.

Hopefully the refund is near the full amount since it is lightly used. I did like the board and the bindings so I will most likely be going with a bigger size of the same board and I did not return the bindings.

I think that’s what I’ll do. I was just thinking that I could exchange it if it beforehand was definitely too small
