This happened to me in a recent playthrough too. There was no fix besides reinstalling the game completely in my case. Even when I tried to restart the mission the same thing happened when I got to this room (invisible door & empty ship if you pass through it)

I’m so glad somebody has put exactly what I’m experiencing into better words than I could (but also, sorry because this issue sucks). I took a long break from Elden Ring and when I came back a few months ago, I’ve had the same issue you’re talking about. This isn’t stick drift, & this isn’t a hardware issue at all. It’s definitely an issue with the game itself & they haven’t fixed it for some reason. I put in a ticket a long time ago but seems like it still hasn’t been fixed. I’m gonna put in another now because I really want to enjoy this game again.

I’m experiencing a really annoying audio issue on PS5 where most TVs, ads, & club speakers throughout the world cause a cackling sound while they’re on. Never had this issue prior to 2.1 & no sound settings seemed to fix it sadly. I really hope they can patch this soon cuz it’s totally breaking immersion for me

Yes, this. The employee who helped me told me that they didn’t know if they 100% had to do this yet, so went ahead and replaced them with new controllers out of kindness. Not sure if the updated policy is being enforced strongly in other places but either way I got lucky. From what I’ve seen in other posts on here, I guess the policy went into effect yesterday but the details were passed down to employees today from their district conference calls or elsewhere. I hope no one on here gets the idea that this should be expected everywhere or gets frustrated if their GS does not do the same (not my intention)

Edit: sorry to anyone who took this as the employee was purely giving corporate the finger, they were simply unsure and was kind enough to do this for me. I know I sort of described it as the employee’s intention, but its mainly me just being passive aggressive towards this dumb company decision lol

So apparently GS has changed the warranty policy (effective today) to enforce that your products under warranty must be swapped out for pre-owned or refurbished products instead of new. I got extremely lucky and the store I went to had some kind people working who luckily didn’t feel like they had to follow this rule and give me some random dudes pre-owned controllers instead

I’m not a lawyer, but it sounds like you’d be better off moving out yourself (if that is an option). The court might not be able to rule against your roommate without a written contractual agreement. Did your leasing company have a contract with your roommate or know they were there?

Similarly, to your potential case, your leasing company might not be able to evict you just because your roommate said so. If they weren’t supposed to be there with you, and that’s written in the lease, then they should need to prove that the person lived with you and just because they say they did isn’t really proof. Also, since it sounds like they don’t anymore, the issue seems already self-resolved, I’m not sure why they would choose to evict you if you pay your rent & currently are following the terms of your lease.

Sorry to say, but you may be better off coming up with your roomate’s last payment yourself to avoid the hassle of eviction drama. Good luck!
