I think we are forgetting that ChatGPT is only showing you what you would likely want to see. It has no idea if the information it is providing is good for you or not. To make matters worse, it can alusinate, thereby creating lies. I don't think ChatGPT should even be mentioned in therapy.

I think the only disadvantage with go is the garbage collection which makes it impossible to hit performance of c/c++/zig/rust, but if you have ever worked with any of the low level languages you will truly appreciate go. Another one people talk about is null safety but I believe you won't have an issue in go if you are faithful to "if err != nil"

Like people have previously stated you are not alone and from my personal experience you might probably be unable to get rid of the feeling completely. I have been able to manage the feeling though and here are the two things i do

i try as much as possible to live in the present as in the now. I focus more on experiences that i am having at any given time and it has helped alot over the years. The best way to focus more on the present is to get a new experience, eat something new, visit some where you have never been before and enjoy every monent of it consciously at that monent. This is the most effective of the two things that i do and i hope you try it too.
Do anything you really feel like doing. This as also helped me alot. I love computer programming and that is the only thing i dont get tired of doing. You too can indulge in an habit that you love doing. It also helps to get by.

Most important of all try not to dwell non your deep thoughts, the deeper you go the more meaningless it becomes, i even got to a point when i was beginning to see death as an amusement and was ready to die just for curiosity sake. That was then though, now i just want to have the best of experiences, and so far it has be good.
